As part of the national digital transformation program, the Vietnamese Government is mandating organizations and businesses (including FDI enterprises) to use the organizational electronic identity account (VNeID) in place of digital signatures (e-tokens) or standard accounts for online administrative procedures. The mandatory application across major national systems will officially commence in June 2026.
