Our lawyers’ recent transactions include:

  • advising mandated lead arrangers on multi-hundred million US Dollar multi-tranche syndicated senior secured LMA borrowing base facilities and onshore security
  • advising mandated lead arrangers on a proposed US$200 million senior secured reserve-based lending facility in respect of various Vietnam oil and gas assets
  • advising mandated lead arrangers on APLMA multicurrency syndicated loan facilities secured by way of toll receivables under a long-term concession agreement and related hedging arrangements
  • advising international lenders on the project financing of the Nghi Son 2 1200MW BOT coal fired power project
  • advising the borrower on the project financing of the US$412 million 717 MW gas-fired Phu My 3 BOT power project
  • advising Mizuho Corporate Bank on Vietnamese law issues relating to re-insurances and enforcement of security interests in respect of the FPSO financing for the Su Tu Den oil field in Vietnam
