Public private partnerships (PPP) is a particular strength where the firm has built up an excellent reputation acting for project sponsors, lenders, host governments, equity investors, major works contractors and service providers on an array of different project types.

  • advising container terminal owners and operators on long-term concessions for marine terminals and related infrastructure
  • advising on the full range of unincorporated joint ventures and contractual arrangements for development of a large-scale polyester manufacturing project
  • advising in relation to the Vietnamese law aspects of a multi-billion US Dollar JICA-funded Ho Chi Minh City MRT Line 1 project (Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien section)
  • advising international clients on FIDIC Conditions of Contract for the construction of a cable stayed bridge relating to Vietnam's North-South Expressway project
  • advising on US$280 million 40,000DWT deepwater seaport facilities for coal and oil imports in Vietnam
  • advising on the construction aspects of the 1200MW Duyen Hai 2 BOT coal-fired power project in Tra Vinh province
  • advising the developers on the construction of a US$50 million waste water treatment PPP project
  • advising Bitexco in relation to its proposed US$780 million Dau Giay-Phan Thiet Expressway project
  • advising international clients on numerous bankability issues in relation to the development of the US$2.12 billion Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway BOT project (105.5km)
  • acting in relation to drafting and negotiating the loan facility and security documentation with respect to a proposed financing of a bridge and tollway project
