On 12 September 2017, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) issued model forms of the power purchase agreement (PPA) for Vietnam solar energy projects in Circular No. 16/2017/TT-BCT (Circular 16).

Below is a list of what we see as key issues in Circular 16, which will take effect on 26 October 2017.
