Nguyen Viet Ha is a Vietnam qualified lawyer and a partner of Lexcomm Vietnam LLC with more than 25 years of legal practice. Ha is highly regarded for his transactional experience in the practice areas of technology, media and telecoms (TMT), infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and capital markets.
