Vietnam-based preeminent full-service commercial law firm Lexcomm Vietnam LLC has advised Lending Ark Asia Secured Private Debt Fund I ("Lending Ark") on the Vietnam law aspects of its US$50 million secured loan to F88 Business Joint Stock Company, a secured lending company in Vietnam which plans to use the new funding for network development and business scale growth.
The Lexcomm Vietnam team which advised on the transaction was led by Hanoi-based partners Nguyen Hong Hai and Nguyen Ngoc Quy with support from senior associate Hoang Le Quan and junior associate Luu Huy Hoang.
